Kaken Seiko's new transfer equipment

Kaken Seiko's new transfer equipment

Kaken Seiko (Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture) has developed a new type of compact, single-bar transfer device that can be retrofitted to press machines. The company will start offering the product at the end of July. The price will be determined in the future. The company aims to sell 1,060 units a year. Three types of KTES series single-bar transfer machines will be available. The KTES series already uses the same method, but this time it uses linear servo motors. Depending on the stroke of each axis and the angle of motion assignment, the number of shots of the press machine can be increased from 50 to 75 per minute, which increases productivity. The manufacturer of the press machine to install this equipment is not required. First, we will introduce the 1200 mm wide x 1350 mm deep minimum x 180 mm high type. We will sequentially offer different types for different sizes of presses. Photo taken on June 6, 2019, location unknown, credit: Nikkan Kogyo Shimbun / Kyodo News Images
